Here are a few User Experience projects from my Google UX Certificate and MS in Human-Computer Interaction. Every one starts the same way — with a problem worth solving. I move from there into user interviews and requirements gathering, translate that into prototypes, and refine through testing until the experience holds up. Research first, design second.
