For the past three years, I have worked in Hillsdale College's marketing department creating content for the many other departments on campus.Some of these departments include Alumni Relations, the Barney Charter School Initiative, the Van Andel School of Government, and Admissions. As for the roles that I play on set, I have edited, shot, designed sets, gaffed, worked on sound, and much more.
For this project I assisted with the editing by organizing the raw film and inserts. I also found a few of the images from the stories used in the edit.
In this project, I set up multiple shoots assisting with sound and lighting. I also corresponded with the actors and assisted with editing.
I collaborated with a team starting with the question "what symbolizes the Hillsdale experience?". We then shot different aspects of campus and collected years of old footage for this edit.
This project required us to capture how wholistic a classical k-12 education is. We achieved this through highlighting some of the required texts the students memorize. I assisted with the final and social edits.
For this project I assisted with the editing by organizing the raw film and inserts. I also created social media edits for Facebook and Instagram.
